Changes to Unused Tickets
For all upcoming FC Barcelona matches, any changes to unused tickets must be made in advance.
Time-Sensitive Changes
Changes to the date or time of tickets must be made at least 7 days prior to the match. After this deadline, changes will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Please note that any changes to the name, surname, or email address associated with a ticket cannot be made.
Procedure for Changes
To request changes to an unused ticket, please submit the following information via email:
- First Name and Surname
- Email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase (ddmmyyyy)
- Number of tickets
- Quantity paid in Euros
